Prez Mahama To Focus More On Power Crisis

President John Dramani Mahama will spend more time on the power crisis in his State of the Nation Address.

President John Dramani Mahama will appear before Parliament to deliver the State of the Nation Address and will spend more time on the power crisis affectionately called dumsor.

He is also expected to address the nation on the negotiation for the bail-out with the International Monetary Fund.

Challenges facing the health sector resulting from non-payment of claims to service providers under the National Health Insurance Scheme and other sectors of the economy will receive mention in the address.

Mahama will also use the platform to tout some achievements chalked in his administration.
