Previous sitting

At the last sitting on September 4, the court asked police investigators handling the case to ascertain the quantity of suspected Indian hemp found when Micah’s house was searched.

The court wanted to know the quantity of the substance, since that would inform its decision.

The judge gave the directive after the investigator, Corporal Richmond Ayayi, had failed to state the exact quantity of dried leaves found on the accused person.
