NPP, NDC supporters clash in E/R

The root cause of the clash is yet to be establish but the Eastern Regional Police Commander, DCOP Peterkin Yentuni Gyinae says calm has been restored.

Supporters of the New Patriotic Party(NPP) and the National Democratic Congress (NDC) have clashed in the New Juaben North Constituency in the Eastern Region, police in the region have confirmed to Pulse.com.gh.

Eyewitness account say the police fire teargas and water canons to disperse the crowd.

Mutiple people were injured and have been rushed to the St. Joseph Hospital.
