Man granted GHC900,000 bail for swindling Kofi Adams
Asante allegedly defrauded Kofi Adams of GH¢840,000 under the notion of using the money to pre-finance tyres supply contract secured from Goldfields Mining Ghana at Tarkwa.
The businessman Arnold Kwadwo Asante must also provide 6 surities who are gainfully employed as part of the bail condition.

He was to pay back the money after some time but refused to do so.
The lawyer who applied for the bail based it on the fact that the accused person is very sick.
Asante was ordered by the presiding Judge to report to the police every two weeks.
The case has been adjourned to October 18.
