“I Will Fix The Energy Challenge”- President Mahama

President John Mahama at the State of the Nation Address has declared to fix the energy challenge in the country.

President John Dramani Mahama has promised to end the energy crisis facing the nation.

At the State of the Nation Address  in Parliament on Thursday, President Mahama said he will fix the problem.

The President said in the past, governments have managed our way out of the energy crisis but he plans to end it.

“I do not intend to manage the situation. I intend to fix it. I John Dramani Mahama will fix the energy situation.”

He added that Ghana will need to double power production every eight years to meet the demands of citizens. Ghana has been experiencing an energy crisis which has led to severe load-shedding exercise.
