Ex-GREDA Boss Transferred To Financial Court

The case involving former president of GREDA Dr Alexander Tweneboah has been transferred to the financial court.

The case involving former president of GREDA, Dr Alexander Tweneboah over sim box fraud has been transferred to the financial and tax court.

The case which was been heard in the Magistrate court in on order by the Chief Justice Georgina Theodora Wood has been transferred. Subsequently, the case scheduled for Tuesday 3, 2015 was not heard.

Dr. Alexander Tweneboah and nine others are standing trial for SIM box fraud to the tune of $33 million through their illegal activities.

The former GREDA boss was granted bail by the Magistrate Court at the last hearing and will reappear at a later date.

He has pleaded not guilty to the charges.
