She is reported by Nigeria's The Nation newspaper as saying despite all her wealth and other achievements, she still sees her husband as the head of the home and does not hesitate to kneel before him.

The report further said the owner of upscale furniture company, The Chair Centre Group, said she will not have problem kneeling before Abiodun Awosika, even in the presence of 10 million people, just to show submission to him.
But in a series of tweets, the businesswoman revealed that the interview was all cooked up because she granted no such interview.
"My attention has been drawn to an interview that was supposedly held with me by a reporter from one of the local dailies in Nigeria. I can confirm to you authoritatively that I did not grant any such interview.
"The whole interview was cooked up. It’s unimaginable that someone will engage in such unethical practices by cooking up questions and answers as if they actually had an interview with me.
"Personally, I can kneel down to honour my husband if I so choose. On my 50th birthday celebration,to thank my most supportive & encouraging husband ,for his love and support over the years,I could think of no other way to show him my deep appreciation, than kneeling to thank him," she said.
