GFA rubbishes Avram Grant’s death reports

The Ghana Football Association (GFA) says the Black Stars coach Avram Grant is fit and alive, against reports that he passed away on Tuesday.

The Black Stars are at the moment in Franceville preparing for the Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) semi-finals game against the Indomitable Lions of Cameroon.

The football fraternity were stunned with news of the death of the Black Stars coach, Avram Grant, however, Sanni Darra says those reports were false, because the Israeli is alive and he is in a good health condition.

“Avram Grant is fully fit. We were surprised to hear the news that Grant died of heart attack. He is fit and alive. He was available during training yesterday,” he said.
