Black Stars captain hails Hearts' two-goal hero Ibrahim Musah

Black Stars captain Asamoah Gyan says Ibrahim Musah should keep his performance for Hearts of Oak against Inter Allies up

The 17 year old bulky forward won the headlines when his brace in the last ten minutes helped the Phobians to stage a massive come-back to overturn a two-goal deficit to win 2-3 against Inter Allies on match day five of the Ghana premier league last Sunday in Tema.

Musah’s introduction into the game was not what Hearts of Oak fans wanted but the young forward defied all odds to make a name for himself and Asamoah Gyan has lauded his wonderful display.

“I will commend Musah for fetching two goals against Inter Allies that decided that results of the game. He must keep it up,” Gyan told Hot FM.

“This will surely have to boost his confidence and morale for him to score more in the league.”

Gyan is expected lead the Black Stars in Thursday’s 2017 AFCON qualifier against Mozambique at the Accra Sports Stadium.
