Black Maidens captain will play in the women's spanish La Liga next season(Pulse Contributor’s Opinion)

The sensational and prolific striker, Abdulai Mukarama signs a two-year deal with Deportivo Alaves Femini and will be playing in the Primera Division of the La Liga.

The deal was announced on the official Twitter page of the Alaves femini club. The deal will see her be an Aliazul player till 2022. The team gained promotion to the Spanish Primeira Liga last season and will be competing against the likes FC Barcelona women’s team, Real Madrid, Atletico Madrid, and the like.

She formerly played for the Tyler Junior College Women’s Soccer team and won the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) Women’s Championship with them.

In a video post her huge announcement, she expressed her gratitude for the opportunity. “I’m really looking forward to starting this journey with you all…. Let’s go for all” she asserted in her video.

Abdulai is the captain of the Black Maidens and won the golden shoe for the 2018 FIFA Under 17 world cup at Uruguay.
