"I will beat Kenya's Odhiambo easily," Fijabi boasts

Fijabi has been scheduled to take on the Kenyan boxer at the 13th edition of then GOtv Boxing Night.

"I am moving up. I will beat Odhiambo. Very easily. I am gunning for the Commonwealth and world titles. Nothing will stop me,"  Fijabi said.

Scheduled to hold at the Landmark Events Centre on Victoria Island, Lagos, Fijabi says his aim is the commonwealth titles.

Fijabi, a darling of the Lagos boxing crowd, after having reigned as the national and sub-regional champion, his coming clash with Odhiambo gives him an opportunity to become the continental king.

The boxing night which will feature seven bouts will also see Oto “Joe Boy” Joseph, fighting Egyptian Abdulrahim Ahmed for the vacant African Boxing Union (ABU) lightweight title.

Fijabi has proved his worth as a boxer to love with his ability to either win via points accrued during bouts or knockout his opponents.
