Great Olympics defender sure of Premier League return

Great Olympics are looking for a quick return to the Ghana Premier League.

Olympics got relegated after the 2014/15 league season but the Accra-based side in the ongoing second-tier league are on top of the log sheet with 34 points after 16 games.

“We have set ourselves for a remarkable return to the Premier League after just a year in the soccer wilderness and there is no turning back,” Quaye stressed

The 35-year-old former Hearts of Oak stalwart guardsman spoke about the difficulties that engulfed Division One football.

“It was very difficult for us to be relegated from the Ghana League. We really felt the pain, I know our fans are still supporting us to return.

“Before we started the 2015/16 Division One League, we assured fans we would come back in no time. We are currently playing in the lower tier and we qualify we will be the happiest on earth,” he added.
