Hearts to interview new players

Dr Nyaho Tamakloe has disclosed that Hearts of Oak will interview new recruits before completing their deals.

According to Nyaho, the current Hearts of Oak players have not exhibited a high level of commitment to the course of the club as compared to time past and most of them lack basic technical knowledge the game, so the need to test them through an interview as part of the recruitment exercise.

"We are going to have serious interview with them, players must be interviewed to know their technical skills not only poaching them", Dr Nyaho told the Graphic Sports.

"I believe that when in the past the players were ready to die for the club, the club also died for them".

He encouraged current players to learn from players like Ishmael Addo, Emmanuel Osei Kuffour, Offei Doodo, Addo Odametey, Aggrey Fynn, Ablade Kumah, Shamo Quaye and Mohammed Polo who served and died for the club wholeheartedly.
