Black Stars midfielder plays down Hearts of Oak's bright start to the season

Udinese midfielder Emmanuel Agyemang-Badu not impressed with Hearts of Oak's start to the season

The Phobians are occupying the second position on the log sheet with 18 points after 9 premier league games.

But the Udinese midfielder believes that the former African champions are having a bright start to the season because they have not played clubs that are contenders for the league title.

“Apart from Medeama, which side will you say is difficult opponent for Hearts? All the teams that have played Hearts are not title contenders,” Badu told Asempa FM.

“Even when you take into consideration the fact that Medeama have been a strong opponent for Kotoko in Kumasi of late, then you will know that Kotoko’s opponents have been stronger than Hearts.”
