Carneiro and Mourinho had the now famous row during Chelsea Saturday, August 8 2-2 home draw with Swansea.
Mourinho fumed at the medical team for going on to the pitch to attend to Eden Hazard without knowing the extent of his injury.
According to the rules, an outfield player must ushered out of the pitch after treatment and wait for the referee's permission before he can re-enter the pitch.
"I was not happy with my medical staff. Even if you are a kit man, doctor or secretary on the bench you have to understand the game," Mourinho told Sky Sports after the game.
"You have to know you have one player less and when you go to the pitch to assist a player you have to make sure your player has a serious injury.
"I was sure he hadn't a serious problem. He had a knock, he was very tired. But my medical department - on an impulse - was naive and left me with eight outfield players in a counter attack after a set piece."
After the incident, Carneiro according to reports will not be working during Chelsea's games as she has been barred from attending games or entering the team hotel.
Mourinho according Daily Mail has reorganised his back room team.
Carneiro will remain a doctor but can only work with the first team players at the Cobham training ground.
