Atsu still optimistic Ghana will qualify, despite defeat to Egypt

The Black Stars winger has indicated that Ghana still have chances to navigate through group E, despite defeat against Egypt.

Christian Atsu is hopeful the Black Stars can turn things around and pick up all the twelve remaining points involved, after Egypt loss

Ghana were hammered 0-2 against at the Alexandria's Borg El-Arab Stadium on Sunday to make it looks like hopes of qualifying for the 2018 FIFA World Cup are lost, because the Black Stars are trailing the Pharaohs by five points.

However, Christian Atsu hope Ghana will come good in the four remaining games.

"Regarding our qualification chances, there are still 12 points to grab," the Newcastle star said after the game.
