Adiyiah joined Sisaket FC as a free agent, following his move from Thailand Ligue 1 side Nakhon Ratchasima last year after three seasons at the club.
Sisaket finished 10th in what was a disappointing campaign, ending just eight points above the relegation zone last season.
The fortunes of Adiyiah who joined AC Milan after inspiring Ghana to emerge as the first African nation to win the FIFA U-20 World Cup in 2009 has dwindled for the past years.
Dominic Adiyiah after winning the best player cum top scorer of the FIFA U-20 World staged in Egypt in 2009 was expected to excel at AC Milan.
However, he failed to live up to the billing and had to be loaned to clubs such as Reggina, Partizan, Karşıyaka and Arsenal Kyiv.
Adiyiah failed to progress for the period he went on loan, so the Serie A giant was sold to Arsenal Kyiv in Ukraine in 2012.
He would later move to Atyrau and then joined Nakhon Ratchasima in Thai topflight league, where he played for three consecutive seasons, scoring 19 goals in 96 games.
