The 27-year-old joined the Instabul-based club on a six months deal after ending his stay with Turkish second-tier side Eskişehirspor.
A statement from the club's official Twitter handle reads:
"An agreement has been reached with professional footballer Kamal Issah until the end of the 2019-2020 season."
Kamal Issah made 17 appearances for Eskişehirspor in all competitions in the first part of the 2019/20 season.
He joined the Red Lightnings on a two-year-deal from first-tier side Genclerbirligi in July 2018.
Kamal Issah is managed by player management agency, Club Consult Africa Limited, owned by former Asante Kotoko and Black Meteors captain, Yussif Alhassan Chibsah.
