The former youth star penned down a three-year deal with the Kumasi based club on Monday at the club’s secretariat in Kumai.
Gyamfi played for Wa All Stars last season and was a standout player for the club. His contract expired at the end of the season and decided not to extend his stay at the club.
A statement at Kotoko official website confirming the deal read:
“Management in consultation with the technical team has signed 23-year-old attacker, Emmanuel Gyamfi from Wa All Stars. The player appended his signature to a three-year contract on Monday afternoon at the Kotoko secretariat in Kumasi.”
Kotoko in the ongoing campaign are currently third on the log sheet with 23 points and on Wednesday they will play as guests to Wa All Stars in the penultimate league game.
