Meet Hearts of Oak's new American Chief Executive Officer

The choice of Noonan to head the front office of the Accra based club is a novelty in Ghanaian football.

Noonan's appointment comes after the suspension and subsequent dismissal of head coach Frank Nuttal last week.

Most Ghanaian club's are headed by indigenes and Noonan's appointment comes as the first non-Ghanaian to steer the administration of a major club.

He comes into the job with a vast experience in football management.
