Eden Hazard on Saturday became the first player since 1966 to achieve 100% take ons in the history of the FIFA World Cup after he inspired Belgium to a 2-1 victory.

The 27-year-old was on cloud nine as he gave Brazil a torrid time as Belgium handed the South Americans a shocking elimination from the mundial.

Hazard completed all ten of his take ons against Brazil, the highest number with a 100 per cent success rate since 1966, a feat that neither Lionel Messi nor Cristiano Ronaldo, the two best players in the world have come close to achieving it.

To complete that statistic in any game is outrageous but against Brazil is just incredible.

Belgium will take on France on Tuesday in the first semi-finals clash to battle for a place in the final
