The Allianz Riviera side want €10 million before they will allow Balotelli to leave, throwing his reported move to Marseille in jeopardy.

Marseille are one of his possible destinations this summer whilst Napoli and Borussia Dortmund have previously been linked but there's every possibility that he could remain where he is for now.

However, French publication L'Equipe reports that West Ham are interested in signing the Italy international in January.

Hammers boss Manuel Pellegrini is reportedly keen on signing the striker and could make a bid when the winter transfer window opens.
