Thomas Agyapong ruled out of Uganda qualifier due to injury
The flying winger will be out for the next six weeks due to an injury he sustained while playing for his club.

The fast-rising winger was handed his international debut by coach Kwesi Appiah when he started in the Black Stars’ opening Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Ethiopia.
However, despite the promising start to his international career, Agyapong is set to miss the Black Stars’ latest assignment due to injury.

The NAC Breda man reportedly tore a ligament during last week’s 2-0 away win over Feyenoord, and is now set to face a six-week spell on the sidelines.
The 21-year-old’s injury means Appiah will have look a replacement, after he was named in the Black Stars coach’s initial 26-man squad for Ghana’s penultimate world cup qualifier against Uganda.
His absence will come as a blow to Ghana, with the winger having impressed since breaking into the national team.
Ghana will play the Cranes on October7 in Kampala, needing a win to keep their slim hopes of making it to Russia 2018 alive.
