The pair turned out for Napoli on Saturday at the Stadio Olimpico for their Matchday 5 Serie A clash against Lazio.
Despite the Partenopei nicking a 2-1 away victory over Lazio, the match was reportedly marred by racist abuse directed at the African players.
Italian authorities told to go hard on racism
Both Osimhen and Anguissa played the full 90 minutes for Napoli against Lazio as the Luciano Spalletti-led side returned to the top of the table on Saturday.

While the Italian news outlet forzazzurri praised the quality of the game against Lazio, it also called for decisive action to be taken concerning racism in the Italian league.
Gazzetta dello Sport wrote, as reported by forzazzurri: "Anyway, applause for everyone because we saw a game played at a great pace and with no holds barred or excesses of tactics.
"On this path, Italian football must regain international credibility, perhaps even punishing the perpetrators of racist buu - for Osimhen and Anguissa - and discriminatory chants against the Neapolitans."
This is the second occurrence of Osimhen being subjected to racist chants during the 2022/23 Serie A with the Napoli forward also targeted with racist chants on Matchday 1 by Hellas Verona fans.
Hellas Verona were fined €15,000 and had an investigation launched to look into the racist incident at the Stadio Marcantonio Bentegodi.
