Hearts of Oak who lost 0-1 against Aduana Stars and drew 1-1 against Medeama by virtue of the score line have qualified, because the Phobians finished with a point and minus one goal difference, while Medeama also got a point, but minus 2 goals difference.

Aduana Stars beat Medeama 2-0 to save Hearts
The former league champions edged the Tarkwa lads 2-0 on Sunday at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium, Kumasi.
