Shilla Alhassan wants to succeed at his former club as the team manager.

According to the former goal poacher of the club, it is easy for an old player of the club to do well when he is a given a role at the club.
“It’s easy for an old footballer to succeed as a Team Manager especially if you played for the team for more than three years,” Alhassan told the club’s website.

“One, you know how the fans are. Two, you know how the players are, and three, 'you know the leadership. I spent five years at Kotoko. I know the nature of the supporters, the players and the management so it will be easy for me being the Team Manager.
He concluded: “I’m the interface between Management and the player. It’s my responsibility to ensure that, everything that relates to the players and the discharge of their duties both on and off the field are taken care off.”
Alhassan was appointed Team Manager of the club last week, after Godwin Ablordey was appointed the club’s assistant coach.
