More to come from Latif Blessing - Coach Lamptey

"There's more room for improvement" - Coach George Lamptey on Latif Atta Blessing

Latif Blessing has been sensational this season for the Academy Boys, accompanying his blistering start with two goals in four matches.

He has the pace of a cheetah, the trickery of Ronaldinho during his peak form, and the finishing of Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo.

On a very good day in the office, he is like a possessed python patrolling the turf.

Despite all these, Coach Lamptey says he restricts him on the pitch because he wants to win matches for now, but will give him the room to unleash the venom he is made off should Liberty reach a 'suitable' position on the league log.

“Latif Blessing is just growing into the game now, so each and every moment, he's given a new role, but gradually, we will give him a suitable role for people to see his talent more,” George Lamptey told Pulse.com.gh.

“As our playmaker, he needs freedom but I restrict him in certain areas because I want us to go further in the league; we want to win matches.

“When we come up to suitable position I will give him a very good role for people to see what he is made. He is very young and he hasn't gone even a quarter of his talent.

“There's more room for improvement.”
