Sekondi Hasaacas ease past New Edubiase

Wa All Stars lost against Techiman City in the Ghana Premier League as Hearts of Oak knocked them off the top of the table. Sekondi Hasaacas win 3-1 against New Edubiase

Wa All Stars after failing to get a good result at Techiman have lost their first position on the log sheet following Hearts of Oak’s 1-0 win at Berekum Chelsea.

The Premier League debutantes made their possession count on the score sheet as Ebenezer Agyapong’s strike gave them a 1-0 lead before the break.

Former Asante Kotoko forward Stephen Manu scored in the second half for the home side but Kelvin Andoh halved the score-line for the away side.

Second half substitute Ibrahim Isaaka restored Techiman City’s two goal lead as the game ended 3-1 in favour of Yusif Abubakar’s side.

Ibrahim Sulemana registered the first goal in the game but Prince Antwi before half-time pulled even for the away side.

From the break, Eric Bekoe restored the home side’s lead and late in the game Ibrahim Sulemana bagged his brace and Hasaacas third goal.
