Kevin-Prince Boateng has a perfect track record of ending commitments in a dramatic note.

Marriage is union between two parties for a period. The period can be specific or last a lifetime. The truth is Kevin Prince Boateng so far in his life has been perfectly imperfect with marriage.

His marriage with a women, national team and few clubs have all hit the rocks since the year 2011. We then run through the years look at the run of Boateng’s life events which has always ended in separation.

In the early stages of Boateng’s career, he had a German lady known as Jennifer being his girlfriend. He married her in 2007 after dating her for four years. Four years down the lane, the couple was divorced.

It was four years later after Kevin Prince Boateng in his autobiography revealed that he filed the divorce because he was drinking, partying and consistently cheating on his wife.

The same year had the lady in question stop the sale of the book since contents of the book invaded her privacy.

Kevin Prince Boateng is now married to Melissa Satta who is an Italian model.

2011 was the year the marriage Kevin Prince Boateng’s marriage ended. That year was the same another marriage of his started to have a glitch. That was the one with the Ghana Black Stars

A few weeks after Kevin-Prince got divorced in 2011, he made the decision to also quit the Ghana Black Stars. Boateng played for Portsmouth in the 2009/2010 season which ended with an FA Cup final which saw his team lose to Chelsea. In the summer of that year, Kevin-Prince Boateng went on to play for Ghana in the 2010 world cup staged in South Africa.

However, Kevin-Prince Boateng proposed to play for Ghana in the 2006 World Cup but was not cleared to switch nationality as he was above the age to play for two nations at the time. The former German youth player had the chance to play in 2010 considering FIFA changed the rules in 2009.

After the 2010 World Cup Kevin-Prince Boateng landed a move to Italian Giants AC Milan. In 2011, Kevin Prince Boateng quit the Ghana Black stars. Boateng accordingly received bashing from the majority of Ghanaians who felt he had used Ghana to land a major deal only to ditch the team a year after he joined.

In 2013, Boateng had reversed his decision and decided to return to the Black Stars. He played in a last 2014 qualifier which saw Ghana oust Egypt on a 7-2 aggregate score line. Boateng scored in the 2nd leg which saw Ghana lose to Egypt 2-1 in Cairo.

The 2014 World Cup in Brazil had Kevin Prince Boateng play in the 2nd game against Germany. Kevin Prince- Boateng was indefinitely suspended from the Ghana Black Stars after an altercation with the coach James Kwesi Appiah. There are calls for Kevin Prince Boateng to return to Black Stars where we have the same James Kwesi Appiah in the fray.

The story of Kevin-Prince Boateng’s club career from the point of 2011 to now has been quite undulating. Boateng signed for Geneo in the summer of 2010 which saw him loaned to A.C Milan that very window. Kevin-Prince Boateng landed a permanent deal with Italian Giants the following season.

Boateng played in the most successful time in his career at AC Milan where he helped his club in the 2010/2011 season. Two years after that Kevin-Prince Boateng featured in a friendly match in January of 2011. There were racist chants from the fans of his team’s opponents Pio Patra. Kevin-Prince Boateng walked off the pitch as his teammates followed suit for the game to be halted after 25 minutes.

He later came to an agreement with the President of the club Silvio Berlusconi to exit the team in the summer if his side secures a qualification to Champions League for the next season. That they did and he was off to Schalke in Germany.

His time at Schalke proved not to be the best of stints as two years saw him go down the pecking order in the side due to poor performances. In May 2015, He was indefinitely suspended and seven months later that year saw his contract finally terminated.

Kevin Prince Boateng then moved back to Ac Milan where he could not cut it as well and on 26th May 2016, the club announced that his contract was terminated. Boateng had a year with Spanish Side Las Palmas where again he has terminated the contract.

In a presser Kevin-Prince Boateng explained to that he had missed his family and wanted to leave Spain to get closer to his family. The story of Kevin Prince Boateng is indeed an interesting one and this where he have reached today with the notoriously nomadic Ghanaian midfielder.
