Fiamneyo is currently a free agent after his contract expiration with the Phobians. He failed to land a deal in Malaysia after he had trails with unnamed clubs at the Asian country.
The former Heart of Lions goal poacher has since returned to Ghana and according to him, he is in talks with the Cape Coast based club.
“I am currently in talks with Dwarfs and everything is moving on smoothly,” Fiamenyo told Accra based Happy FM

“I can say that it’s about 98% done but in football everything is possible.
“Dwarfs is a big club with a lot of potential so I am really delighted with the progress.”
Dwarfs are yet to find their feet in the ongoing Ghana Premier League – they are at the bottom of the log sheet with 9 points after 10 games.
