Bologna midfielder on Pep Guardiola shortlist

The rumour mill is in full swing ahead of Pep Guardiola’s move to Manchester City, with reports of the Catalan’s transfer shortlist rising from four names to a massive 17 in one day.

The Times had reported earlier on Tuesday the inbound coach has his eye on Ilkay Gundogan, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, Aymeric Laporte and John Stones, but a staggering additional 13 names have been released by The Mirror.

This includes Ghana U.20 star Godfred Donsah. The 19-year-old box-to-box midfielder has been followed by Chelsea for over a year now, with the Blues even sending representatives to last weekend’s game to check on him—Bologna lost 2-1 to Inter.

Donsah, 19, have truly emerged at Bolgona this season, making 17 Serie A appearances in the current campaign, per WhoScored.com.

Donsah has shown remarkable maturity in the central midfield areas playing for a top-10 Serie A club.
