Bournemouth join Daniel Amartey chase

Amartey will get his wish to play in the Premier League after Bournemouth made him their number one priority defender to augment their defence this January.

Bournemouth manager Eddi Howe is hoping to strengthen his shaky defence with Copenhagen’s £6.5m Ghana ace Daniel Amartey.

The 21-year-old center-back could be making his dream move to the Premiership after initially missing out on an opportunity to play for Leicester City and Liverpool.

German Clubs Wolfsburg and Schalke as well as French sides Olympique Marseille and Monaco, have all shown interest in securing the signature of the talented defender.

But it appears Amartey will get his wish to play in the Premier League after Bournemouth made him their number one priority defender to augment their defence this January.
