Dugan was ruled out of the series opener, to be played at ANZ Stadium on Wednesday, due to an elbow injury.

Morris was confirmed later on Sunday as his replacement, released by the Bulldogs ahead of their NRL clash against the Canberra Raiders.

The Blues are looking to reclaim the trophy after Queensland's 2-1 series victory last year.
