New Zealand centurion Mils Muliaina has agreed a move to San Francisco for the inaugural PRO Rugby season.

The 35-year-old, part of New Zealand's 2011 World Cup-winning squad, was only the second All Black to total 100 caps and  has most recently been playing for Zebre.

"I am delighted and looking forward to being part of rugby history in the States," said the full-back.

"I'm excited to be able to play in the San Francisco Bay area and to work alongside and share my experience with some talented young players."

PRO Rugby's director of rugby Steve Lewis added: "We are excited to bring Mils to the United States and look forward to seeing him in San Francisco's colours this spring.

"He has a terrific track record and we are sure he will bring great knowledge and experience to both the league and our younger players in what are exciting times for American rugby."

Muliaina will look to make his San Francisco debut against Sacramento on April 17.
