General manager Daryl Morey said the Houston Rockets are unsure if they will try and sign Real Madrid guard Sergio Llull.

The Rockets unsuccessfully attempted to lure Llull to Houston last season, and the three-time EuroBasket gold medallist has since averaged 13.58 points for the defending champions in Euroleague.

Morey is back in Europe and the Rockets GM was tight-lipped when asked about the 28-year-old, who posted 17 points in Madrid's 99-84 loss to Olympiacos on Friday.

"I'm going to be watching Llull play, but right now I can't say if we're going to try again to sign him", he told Marca.

"I've been to Italy, Serbia and in Malaga. We're not looking for anything definite, we're always watching players who might suit us."

Of Estudiantes forward Juancho Hernangomez, Morey added: "The rules of the NBA and the draft don't allow me to speak about Hernangomez.

"There are always players of interest, players to watch with an eye to the draft, and ones who might suit us."

The Rockets occupy the eighth and final seeding in the Western Conference, half-a-game clear of the Dallas Mavericks, despite Sunday's 104-101 loss to the Indiana Pacers.
