Old Ghanaian players who are still active in football

Here are top 10 Ghanaian players who are above 30 years and are still actively playing football.

With the money in world football today, so many footballers want to piggy-bank as much as they can before ripping the chord on their career.

There a lot of players in history who showed that their passion for the game is everlasting and they defied age at every opportunity they got. Faryd Mondragón appeared for Colombia in the 2014 FIFA World Cup. Raul, Ronaldo Nazario, Ryan Giggs, Chris Day, Teddy Sheringham, Antonio Di Natale, Peter Shilton, Miroslav Klose, Paulo Maldini, Stanley Mathews, Neil McBain (who was more than 50 and was still active), Francesco Gladiatore Totti is still active, and Kazuyoshi Miura of Japan 49 years old is still unbelievably active.

Some very old Ghanaian players are still active but have veered off the well-trodden track and are looking for clubs to take them, this means that they are out of public knowledge. How much longer these players are going to keep playing is very uncertain. Don’t be surprised to see some famous names in this list
