Latif Salifu terminates contract with Ivorian side AS Tanda

I told them to terminate my contract because they failed to fulfill what was stated in my contract - Latif Salifu

The diminutive attacker joined the Ivorian side two seasons ago after turning down a move to join Hearts of Oak despite signing a pre-contract with the Phobians.

According to the former Berekum Chelsea goal poacher, he opted to terminate his contract with the 2014/15 Ivorian champions after the club failed to honour their side of the contract.

"I told them to terminate my contract because they failed to fulfill what was stated in my contract" he told Kumasi based radio station Silver FM

"It led to misunderstanding between the club officials and I, so I opted to part ways with them, so for now am free to join any club."

Salifu was part of Ghana’s U-20 team that won the World Cup in Egypt in 2009.
