Hearts captain hails club's quality ahead of GPL opener

Robin Gnagne is optimistic Hearts of Oak will excel in the upcoming league

Captain of the side Robin Gnagne has attributed the club’s current resurgence of the Accra based to the individual qualities going into the domestic top-flight championship.

“When we started our pre-season, things were not going on well for us, but as we kept on with our preparations, we started gelling well as a team and I will say the current form of the team going into the league is because of the individual qualities we have in the team,” Gnagne told Pulse.com.gh.

“The season is about to start and I can’t say that we are going to win the league or not, we have to take match after match and see what happen but this coming season will be different from last season,” he added.

As part of the club’s preparation, they have moved their camping to Akosombo ahead of their league opener against New Edubiase on 21 February, 2016 at the Accra Sports Stadium.
