Ghana ace Kwadwo Asamoah was instrumental in defence for Juventus as the Old Ladies thrashed Palermo 4-1 in the Serie A at the Juventus Arena on Friday night.

Allowed ample space and time on the left, Asamoah took full advantage and pushed forward with pace and confidence, controlling the flank and delivering perfect balls into the box.

A brace from Paulo Dybala and a goal each from Claudio Marchsio and Gonzalo Higuain were enough as Juventus cruised to a win to move 10 points clear at the top of the Serie A table.

Asamoah bossed the midfield and limited Lazio's ability in creating chances upfront.
