According to the ratings released by video game makers, Theo Walcott is the fastest player along with Norwegian forward Mathis Bolly who both have 96 ratings.
The next players om the list are all joint with 95 rating.
Real Madrid forward Gareth Bale, Athletic Bilbao forward, Williams, Víctor Ibarbo of Watford, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang of Borussia Dortmund, Jurgen Damm of Tigres, Ernest Asante of Stabaek Fotball, Salif Dianda of Ternana and Maicon da Silva of Livorno.
Arsenal right-back Héctor Bellerín who claimed to have twice beaten Walcott in a race has not been named in the list.
Bellerin was named the fastest player at the club after achieving 40m sprint time of 4.78s last year to beat the previous record of Walcott who dethroned Thierry Henry.
The Spanish right-back recently told the UK Sun that he has won the battle again.
"Everyone keeps telling me different numbers," he said.
"But I know I beat Theo by literally one hundredth of a second after he had beaten Thierry, so you can do the maths.
"It was very close last year but this year I beat Theo by more of a distance. He won't tell you that, though!'".
