Daniel Amartey's Leicester City defeated Sevilla 2-0 in the round of 16 of the UEFA Champions League on Tuesday night at King Power Sports Stadium to progress to the quarter finals 3-2 on aggregate.

Wes Morgan shot Leicester City into the lead, before Albrighton doubled the lead for the English champions.

Sevilla woes were further deepened with the sending of Samir Nasri for indecent, yet the visitors despite the reduction in their numerical strength had an opportunity to come back into the game when the referee presented them with a penalty.

Nzonzi, however, shot the ball into the waiting hands of Kasper Schmeichel.

Daniel Amartey was introduced in game in the 90th minute to replace Riyad Mahrez.
