The new promise was €50,000 more than what Andrea Agnelli, the Presidet of Juventus put on the table for the players had they managed to beat Barcelona in the 2015 - a game they lost 2-1.

Agnelli would have paid €9,000,000 to the 26 members of his squad should they have emerged victorious.

Ibrahim Tanko with Dortmund and Sulley Muntari won it, after reaching the final for the very first time.
