Asamoah Gyan returns for Ghana's clash against Uganda

The Black Stars skipper has been named in the Black Stars squad to face Uganda on Friday.

 

Ghana will play the Cranes of Uganda in Tamale as the Black Stars start their journey to make it to the 2018 FIFA World Cup tournament in Russia.

Black Stars captain Asamoah Gyan is named in the squad with his deputy Andre Ayew missing due to his injury at club West Ham United.

Hearts of Oak Inusah Musah and Ghana Premier League champions Wa All Stars’ Emmanuel Ocran have been called into the team for close monitoring.

The Black Stars team will begin their training in Accra on Monday and Tuesday before travelling to Tamale to wrap up their preparations.
