Wa All Stars hosted Aduana Stars at Wa Park in the penultimate game of the league season as both clubs went into the fixture level on points.

Wa All Stars took all the three points to win the Ghana Premier League for the first time with one game to spare in the league.

Aduana Stars walked off the pitch as protest to a penalty awarded to the hosts but eventually came back to continue the game with the penalty sealing off the league title for Wa All Stars.
