President of Ghana Nana Akufo Addo delivered his second State of the Nations address Thursday afternoon, but most members of the largest opposition party in Ghana, National Democratic Congress(NDC) kept up their unflagging resistance.
During his speech, Nana Addo struck a more measured tone as he touted his government's development initiative, boasted about the strength of the economy etc.
