Arsenal served jollof rice as part of their menu

The most important thing for footballers  is making sure you are giving your body the fuel it needs to work every single day at high-intensity levels.

Lunch and dinner for footballers tend to involve a good variety of protein and carbohydrates.

Interestingly, Arsenal football club served it players with Jollof; a meal that West African countries keep battling over for the title of best recipe.
