A careful look at it shows how he bound her arms and legs like a captured animal, drops her on the floor like a sack, and when he was finished securing her properly he drags her to the cell like a rag-doll.
Despite the worldwide protest against racism, such inhumane acts still continue especially in the western countries.
The xenophobic killings are no different from this because it shows a lack of empathy, hatred, and disrespect of a person of different colour or background.
