Of course I was at the much -talked about #DumsorMustStop vigil last Saturday because I just couldn't miss out on the biggest act of celebrity activism in Ghana since I started blogging about Ghanaian stars. It was for a good cause, and it was not politicized (at least by the well-meaning Ghanaians). The turn-out was massive as Yvonne Nelson and her celebrity friends such as Van Vicker, E.L , Wanlov, DKB, D-Black and more led scores of Ghanaian to hit the streets from the Legon old gate to the Tetteh Quashie roundabout, in protest of the deteriorating energy situation in Ghana.

Yvonne Nelson has revealed in her upcoming vlog on pulse.com.gh that her good buddy John Dumelo is ignoring her calls and more following their divided views on the energy crisis. Yvonne called John an 'ass kisser', when John said that Ghanaians take it easy with President John Mahama over the issue. According to Yvonne, John has since refused to pick her calls or answer her messages. Come on John, man up...hahaha
Yvonne also revealed that even her mother wanted her to end the campaign when things got unnecessarily heated. Thank God she didn't chicken out, we will forever be proud of her...no wonder people have been referring to her as Yaa Asantewa already (even if they are being sarcastic).
