"I'm not bothered about criticisms" - singer

Ebony Reigns has fired back at critics who won’t stop talking about her provocative dressing.

The 20-year-old singer in an interview with Hitz FM on Thursday, November 23, said she has been receiving negative comments about her fashion sense and that she’s not bothered about criticisms because she is used to it.

“I’ve been getting negative comments from people with regards to my public appearance. I’ve been criticised since I was growing up so I’ve never been bothered (about criticisms),” Ebony disclosed.

She added that her public appearance would have been worst but her manager Bullet of Ruff N Smooth fame tried to tone it down.

“Bullet tried to tone it down. Sometimes, there’s an outfit I want to wear to a show and he will be like ‘No Ebony, Ghana is not ready for this’,” she divulged.

On when she will stop appearing half naked in public and on stages, she simply said ‘Ghanaians will get used to her’.

“I won’t stop displaying my body part. Ghanaians will get used to me – that’s the point of being a trendsetter.”

She further stated that her latest controversial song titled “Hustle” isn’t explicit as many claim.

“If you listen to my song, it’s the context and content that’s going to let you know (the concept). ‘Hustle’ is targeted at market women and hustlers – it’s not sensual,” she concluded.
