People who choose to do dancehall music are not illiterates as a section of the public perceive, dancehall act, Episode has said.

“It’s not fair to think that those who do dancehall are illiterates or rude. It is high time we let people know that there is a corporate side to dancehall… People who do this kind of music are like any other person. They are educated, well-kept and have good moral,” he noted midway through his performance.

Episode is a professional sculptor. He is noted for graffiti works and backdrops for a number of music videos including Bradez’s Sika, Kwaw Kese's Yakubu and Edem’s Heyba.
